Message - You Are What You Eat

Continuing the topic of Men's Health this episode addresses the question, Are you making daily wise decisions in regard to your diet and nutrition? If you listen to nutrition specialist, watch documentaries, and read articles on what foods you should eat and ones to not consume, it can be confusing to say the least. The information seems compelling, but often contradictory with one another. So how do we make good decisions on our food choices?

This episode will explore how God has given us a bountiful variety of foods that have all the nutrients we need to be healthy and promote healing. The second point is to encourage you that yes, you do have control over your diet. Finally we all desire to seek the Lord for wisdom in our lifelong diet so we will be strong and healthy to fulfill God's purposes and plans He has for us.
