Message - Stressed Out! How to keep from exploding.

In the final episode of Men's Health we will explore one's emotional health. Specifically how stress, chronic stress affects our physical and emotional well-being. Tim will answer: what can too much stress do to you? Why does understanding stress matter? What are the causes of stress? What are the warning signs? How stressed out are you today?

In looking to God's Word for instruction we can discover three Biblical principles and practices that can bring healing and restoration to our physical and emotional well-being. Finally, Tim gives a challenge to men with three questions to reflect upon and answer honestly.
