Message - Stay Strong

Episode 2 on the topic of Men's Health - Stay Strong. A key principle from God's Word is to Love the Lord your God with all your strength. What does it mean to love God with all our strength or with all our might?

Tim shares his personal story of physical activity and overall health leading up to a very scary episode at age 52. God designed our bodies to engage and benefit from physical activity. The Biblical principles are found in the wisdom from the Proverbs in caution in being a sluggard, slothful, or idleness and in Deuteronomy the Israelite's were given commands with promises. We can see that obedience to God's instructions will benefit us for physical health, longevity and future generations.

Tim shares some practical first steps we can take as men, of any age, to reengage in physical activity or if we are already fit, to push ourselves to higher levels of physical fitness.
